Hi, I'm Sohag.

I hold a BSc in Computer Science & Engineering from Jamalpur Science & Technology University, with a foundation in Python, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing. My thesis, "Multilingual Text Classification Using Machine Learning and Deep Learning," used Bangladeshi newspaper Prothom Alo and English-language articles to study how models classify text across languages.

That academic grounding is what separates my automation work from a purely no-code approach — I understand what's happening underneath the workflow builder, not just how to drag and drop nodes.

I'm the Founder & CEO of AI Smart Galaxy, where I design and ship automation systems and AI agents for clients across the US, UK, UAE, and Bangladesh — CRM automation, lead-routing pipelines, AI chatbots, and RAG-based knowledge systems, mainly built in n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and GoHighLevel.

Outside of client work, I write and post about AI automation and entrepreneurship, and I maintain a public GitHub portfolio of working automation builds — because I'd rather show a system running than describe it.

I don't automate tasks. I redesign systems.

• Use AI where it creates real leverage — not because it's trendy.
• Keep systems maintainable, not just impressive in a demo.
• Build around the business outcome, not the tech stack.

I don't start with the tool — I start with the process that's actually costing you time or leads. Most of what I build follows the same shape: capture the trigger, let an AI agent or workflow make the decision, take the action, and log it somewhere a human can check. Simple, auditable, and built to keep running without me babysitting it.

Automation moves fast, so I keep a running curriculum for myself — right now that's deeper work in vector databases and RAG architecture, multi-agent frameworks like LangGraph and CrewAI, cloud deployment (Docker, Linux, VPS), and AI voice/video tooling. Not claiming mastery of all of it yet — just showing the direction I'm building toward.
